Overview

We invite you to invest in a sponsorship package for the ARE You Ready Sports. The tournaments and camps bring together youth athletes, families, and fans for a year of competition, teamwork, and community spirit. By sponsoring this event, your brand will gain exposure to a passionate audience while helping support youth development through sports. 

Our corporate sponsorship opportunities allow your brand to connect with communities across the state, from presenting championship events to supporting scholarships and recognition programs, to becoming the official provider of key products and services.

Our Mission

To provide children with learning sports in a fun interactive environment, collaborate with local schools and athletic departments, and enhance their knowledge of sports. This will provide the youth with opportunities to learn, grow, and compete in a positive environment — promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Expected Attendance: 2,000 athletes and spectators


Sport: Girls Flag Football

Event: Central Florida Girls Flag Football Extravaganza 

Location: Emery Hamilton Sports Complex

Dates: March 6-7, 2026

Expected Attendance: 3,000 athletes and spectators

Camps

Sport: All sports & training

Event: ARE You Ready Sports All Sports Camp

Locations: Windermere High School, Ocoee High School, Lake Brantley High School, & Lakeview Middle School

Dates: June 1-25, 2026 (Monday -Thursday 8am- 1pm)

Expected Attendance 400-500 youth campers

ULTIMATE SPONSORSHIP $20,000 

  • Exclusive naming rights on tournament and camp of your choice

  • Logo on all marketing materials, banners, website, and social media for all tournaments and camps in 2026

  • Premium or multiple booth space at all tournaments and camps

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $10,000

GOLD SPONSORSHIP $5,000

  • ¼ page ad in tournament program

  • Name listed on tournament website and thank-you banner

IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP 

We also welcome in-kind donations such as:

  • Food & beverages for athletes, coaches, and volunteers

  • Equipment (balls, uniforms, water, etc.)

  • Printing, signage, or promotional materials

  • Raffle or prize items

In-kind sponsors receive equivalent recognition based on the estimated value of the contribution.
