Event Overview
A.R.E. You Ready Sports organize tournaments and camps across various youth sports. Each tournament attracts hundreds of attendees, students, parents, coaches, and supporters making it an excellent opportunity for local businesses and food vendors to gain exposure and support youth athletics.

Rules & Guidelines

Vendors must set up one hour before and may tear down only after the final game concludes.

All food vendors must provide valid business licenses and health permits.

No alcohol, tobacco, or inappropriate material may be sold or displayed.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of waste properly.

Electricity and water are limited—please indicate your needs on the application.

All participants are expected to maintain family-friendly and professional conduct.
Payment & Application Info
Payment is due upon approval of your vendor application. Confirmation emails with setup details will be sent at least 14 days before each event. Payments may be made via check or online payment link provided upon approval.
