Parents, athletes and coaches, you have been invited to the Apex Invitational to be hosted on March 21, 2026. This event is one of its kind combining high school track and field athletes with national middle school (ages 10-14) talent all competing within one venue. This modern concept provides a unique opportunity for middle school athletes and their families to learn from some of the top coaches in the nation. By bringing together proven coaching talent and championship-level teams, this elite-level event sets a high standard for both instruction and competition.
High School Team participation is by invitation only, with "golden tickets" awarded exclusively to coaches and teams who have demonstrated excellence over the past decade. This ensures that all attendees are exposed to a high level of competition.
Middle School participation will be vetted through a national standardization process. Athletes will be seeded based on verified marks and minimum qualifying standards.
Your student athletes will be competing at the exclusive Windermere Preparatory School, located in Windermere, Florida (6189 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Windermere, FL 34786) This 3.77 million dollar athletic facility gives each athlete the ability to compete on a professional track, professional atmosphere with professional meet officials. Meet entry fees are $375 per school or $275 per gender and $40 per event for our middle school athletes. Late registration fees are as follows: High School $425 per school or $300 per gender and $50 per event for our middle school athletes.
High School Teams will be allowed 4 entries per event. The High School Meet will be scored with Team Champion and Runner-up awards being awarded for each gender. Custom large medals will be awarded for 1st place only for the high school division. Custom large medals per youth champion with 2nd-8th place ribbons. The meet will use God Speed Timing and will have Certified Officials and Live Results. This meet will also be sanctioned by the FHSAA for regional advancement. Long Jump and Shot Put events will be allowed three attempts for each athlete.

deadline of 11:59 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2026.
No phone, email, or faxed entries will be allowed. High School Teams, please make a check payable to High Performance Athletics LLC, All middle school registration and payments are to be submitted through Direct Athletics.
Important Meet Fee Information for High School Teams: If meet fee is not submitted a week prior to the event or the coach does not present a payment at the coaches meeting, team packets will not be given. Replacement bibs are available at $50 per bib.
This meet will follow the National Federation of High School (NFHS) rules.
